Burwood Brickworks Shopping Centre by Frasers Property proves that a building can do no harm to its environment, be completely accessible to the community, and commercially viable.

Recognised as the world’s most sustainable shopping centre, and the first retail centre in the world to achieve Living Building Challenge® Petal Certification, it is designed, developed and operated to be socially just, culturally rich and ecologically restorative, while being a commercial success.

Vanquish is the largest architecturally designed, fully certified passive house in Australia. It is one of only 38 homes of this standard to be built in a sub-tropical environment anywhere in the world and of those is the fourth largest ever to be built.

Set to deliver 1300 generous apartments, the Orchards is spread across seven stages with heights ranging from six to 12-storeys. Natural features of the site have been maintained, with a variety of building forms melding with the natural landscape elements of the site, including existing flora and fauna and the site’s natural watercourse.
